That was "whoopsed" in a later E-mail:
The directions were to type "RUNGCIC"
There is a help file on the disks.

That’s the name of the EXEC that does the Filedef's to the two input files.
The password file and the msg file... All should be on the 'Y' or 'S' disks.
Accessed by all users.

But I didn’t see the 20% -- Unless you consider argumentative statements
technical.
