[PATCH v6 095/103] tests/tcg/xtensa: xtensaeb system tests

Deactivate test_timer which is flaky with xtensaeb (25% of the time)
 ./build/pyvenv/bin/meson test -C build xtensaeb-softmmu-test_timer --repeat 100 -j 100
