[PATCH v2 0/1] pc-bios/s390-ccw: bound zipl menu strlen and replace VLA in zipl_print_entry

- Added a condition after the banner skip that returns 0 (boot default)
  before printing the banner, if there are no entries in menu_data.

- Modified commit message 2nd bullet, final sentence.
