[PATCH 03/10] migration/rdma: Stick with rdma_ prefix for all tracepoints

There're a bunch of RDMA tracepoints that are prefixed with "rdma_*", most of the rest with "qemu_rdma_*". Align them up. The "qemu_" prefix isn't helping.
