[PATCH v4 14/40] bsd-user: Add bsd-socket.h with bind through getsockname

Add the first set of socket system call shims: bind, connect,
accept, getpeername, and getsockname. Also add safe_syscall wrappers
for sendto, recvfrom, select, and pselect.
