wrong CVS options on Tk cursors.

The Tk cursors are in CVS with mode -ko,
and they should be in with mode -kb.

Somebody with commit access should run

	cvs admin -kb src/tk/win/rc/*.cur

My cygwin checkout is linefeed corrupted,
because cursor5e.cur has a 0x0A in it.
