Hi everyone,

I've committed a few fixes to CVS to handle the SCS AVPP command. Up
until now this command worked in scs2ascii but not in scs2pdf. I fixed up
scs2pdf to correctly handle AVPP and changed scs2ascii to pass the
Tn5250SCS structure instead of a pointer to a private member.

I hope someone finds this useful!

if you want to understand why that is, there are many good books on
the design of operating systems. please pass them along to redmond
when you're done reading them :)
