Macro naming support

Hi Scott,

On April 24 I added a feature in lib5250 to retrieve macro names from the
.tn5250macros file.  I notice in the ChangeLog on 2007-11-30 you added a 
macro menu to the win32 terminal.  I've looked through winterm.c and 
tn5250-win.c and I haven't found anything that looks to me like macro menu 
code.  I'm sure I'm just missing something obvious.  Could you point it 
out to me?

I ask because I want to get a unified method for handling macro names 
and/or descriptions.  I'd like to see what you did with the win32 terminal 
as maybe that will change my approach in lib5250.  At a minimum I could 
change the win32 version to use the macro naming feature in lib5250.
