Hello folks, We are working to integrate x5250 into our current environment with a AS/400 application. Everything seems to be working quite well except for two things: 1) On one screen the + and - keys (0x2D and 0x2B respectively) are supposed to simple input the respective characters, but instead they seem to have some weird behaviour and may be trying to act at Field- and Field+ keys. Is there a way I can make sure those keys are mapped to the actual - and + characters? The - and + keys on the numpad which are 0xFFAB and 0xFFAD I want to continue to be field- and field+, but the other two keys on the top line of the keyboard should be mapped to their respective characters. I was not able to find a way to do this from looking at the existing X5250 file, nor by searching on the list. And input would be much appreciated. 2) Embedded 3270 is another thing that we are missing that we had with the IBM iSeries Access on Windows. When they are inside a 5250 session with the AS/400, the application launches a 3270 session to another system. This is not working with x5250 or tn/xt5250. Does anyone have any experience ideas to get something like this working? Thank you so much, any assistance is much appreciated! -- This is the Linux 5250 Development Project (LINUX5250) mailing list To post a message email: LINUX5250-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/linux5250 or email: LINUX5250-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/linux5250.
