IIRC, xt5250 ignores the font_80 and font_132 keywords unless _both_ of
them are specified. Please try setting both font_80 and font_132 to
something (even if it's just font_80=fixed) and see if that helps.
Another thing that you appear to be doing wrong (though, it might just
be the e-mail you posted) is that you're doing "xt5250 brcc2" and your
config file is "BRCC2". The names are case-sensitive. So BRCC2 is not
the same as brcc2.
