Bitbucket, at least, makes it easy to submit a "pull request".
Does sourceforge really not do that?  I figure that I must be
missing something.

But somebody with the knowledge of the software would still have
to take responsibility for accepting the patches.  This is the
more serious lack.

respectable number.  Are all of these running in a 32-bit
environment?
