Old list addresses will be shut down 2/14

Folks:

I’m going to be shutting down the old list addresses as of February 14th.

Starting on the 14th, any messages sent to the old list addresses 
([email protected]) will be bounced back as undeliverable. I will include a 
reminder about why the message is being rejected for a while.

Please send all list posts to [email protected].
