40k Message Limit

Folks:

Some of you are getting messages rejected because your posts are
greater than 40k.

I've noticed a lot of people 'top posting', where you reply to a
message and place your contribution at the top of the message, leaving
the entire message you are replying to intact.

This can cause messages to grow significantly even if you aren't aware
of it. (I admit, I'm guilty of this too).

PLEASE take the time to trim off any part of the message you are
replying to that isn't relevant to the discussion (this includes
previous signature blocks).  This is even more important if you are
subscribed to the digest format of the lists.
