IEFSD095 is simply a subroutine that builds the block letters. 
To control the separator pages, you need to look at the callers, 
which are HASPRPU for JES2, and IEFSD094 for the OS writer. Also 
note that the IBM provided IEFSD095 only provides some of the 
letters and numbers valid in a job name, and that replacement 
routines are available from the cbt site.
