Greg, Thanks, I ran it again, and there were a list of devices. But they were DASD's ! And this time I saw that it had written : 10.23.39 JOB 1 IEF244I IEHMOVE .DELETE .GENLIB UNABLE TO ALLOCATE 10.23.39 JOB 1 IEF247I IEHMOVE ALLOCATION RECOVERY 10.23.39 JOB 1 IEF247I IEHMOVE 131,132,133,134,135,136,137,230,231, So I looked in the JCL, and it was trying to delete from VOL=SER=SORT01 ... and I then did a dasdls on the dasds, and the actual VOLSER= SORTA0 ! So I changed it, and I'm getting past that point now ! But ... now it's still not restoring. I'm getting : 10.52.55 JOB 1 IEF403I IEHMOVE STARTED TIME=10.52.55 10.52.55 JOB 1 IEA700I 804-1 HOSINITA IEHMOVE 00 FC001FB0 00001800 10.52.55 IEF450I INIT .HOSINITA. ABEND S804 TIME=10.52.55 On 3/12/10, Greg Price <greg.price-sFbbPxZDHXw0n/[email protected]> wrote: > Usually when messages like these are issued a whole > stack of candidate devices are listed (and usually whiz > by before you can read what they are :). > > Only one of the listed devices can make the WTOR go > away.
