thanks scott.got the answer which I was looking for.what I wantedto know
was  is there any professional institute or person who is providing training
on mainframe skills using hercules,tk3 only without the use of real
mainframes.

perhaps it might be clear.I do have 3 years of exp in real IBM Mainframes.i
just wanted to have an idea about the possibility and prospects using tk3
and hercules so that i can proceed further in the right direction practicing
more and more on hercules and tk3.important are the main subjects
JCL,Cobol,Assembler,DB2 etc and hardware and software is the medium.basics i
know in hercules and TK3 only a little more knowledge rather working
knowledge sufficient to provide training is required in Hercules and Tk3.
                        now anybody who knows about any professional
 institute or person which offers training on JCL,Cobol,Assembler,DB2, etc
using hercules and tk3 .pls let me know.
