We have source code.  In fact, IKFCBL01 is assembled as
part of MVT stage 2 sysgen, so we have current source.  If
we want to make this date change permanent, I would suggest
we modify the macro to generate the correct four-year date
based on the response from the TIME SVC.  I've looked at it,
and it's a trivial change.  Really ugly, but trivial.  Phil,
if you're interested send me a note.
