Admin: new group hercules-offtopic

Being a ham myself (N9GTM) I hardly want to stop the discussion on 
ham radio but I realize not all members share that interest.  So I 
have created a new Yahoo group for just such occasions: a topic 
of interest to the Hercules community comes along but would usually 
be considered off-topic in the group where it first surfaced.  If 
Herculeans consider it worth pursuing, they can move it to the 
new group.  The new group is a test, we'll see how it works out.
