Hello Ed, Thanks for your post on this thread. No, MVS38j is not running directly under VMware. My configuration is VMware ---> Windows 2003--->MVS38j == 3 layers of "OS" if you include VMware. Now that you mentioned it, I will one day try to run MVS38j as a Guest OS on VMware. But right now, I am just excited getting my own "Big Iron" all to myself!!
