does anybody really know what time it is?

Hi all,

I need a seed for my random number generator.

A large fast changeing integer would be nice like the lowest order bits of
the system clock.

Is there a Fortran H function or subroutine I can use?

Where are the functions and subroutines available in Turnkey Fortran H
documented?
