251 tso sessions running KICKS workloads on Phil's tk3upd (beta)! Sub-second response time accessing shared vsam files. All on an old P4 laptop. Starting with the pile of 3270's Phil gen into the nuc, I added 3270's to the hercules.conf, then to vtamlst. I added lots of tso userid's. Then I configured the vtam buffer pools, and (over a few days) ramped up. On the way I needed to expand csa and add page, swap, and spool space. Spent quite a while getting a handle on vtam buffer pool traces.

North of 250 lurk more issues, but I'm stopping here.

Amazing what a $100 laptop can do...
