Burster is now available

Burster is a GPL program that takes a pipe from your Hercules printer and
parses the Burst pages
to store individual jobs each into their own files on the host machine.

Burster is written in standard linux C, it -might- compile on a windows
machine too.

Burster was written by my brother Bruce.
