Are you saying this is the hex dump of the supposed AWS file? This is not a
valid AWS or HET layout, and thus Hercules says it cannot determine the

Where did you get this supposed AWS file, and why do you think XMIT Manager
would understand it? I think you are pointing Hercules at the wrong level of
file, i.e. a naked XMIT file.
