Now I go away for a while to study VSAM, copy the code again.

Update a few things...

* make sure the 'top' comments all now match what is going on
* change '.' to '_' in prompts (less valid as a data input ...)
* set all fields to MDT = on (easer to parse DSPLY )

Make a stab at storing a vsam record? or perhaps just append it to a flat
file...
