Having an autographed copy of Mr. Cannatello's book, I would estimate 
that very few people involved in this discussion are ready for the 
techniques and methods described therein. :-)

Some of the material was new to me, and I've been programming Assembler 
for exits, JES2 exits, etc. for 41 years.
