There's a number of CLRSCRN and CLR3270 TSO commands on the CBTTAPE.ORG Web site. You could call any of them with a simple CALL statement in FORTRAN. That's not their intended use, but the linkage is the same and they don't process any command operands, so they should work just find. They could also be called from COBOL, if anyone else is tempted to play terminal games. Rick
