My MVS progress has been re-directed because school is going through a case
of homeworkitits again. I wonder if the teachers get together each week and
all decide
to make it an "easy" week or a "hard" week.

I have pretty much given up on the Cobol project I was working on. For a
while I will
stick to what I know... Fortran stuff.

That, and continuing to make host infrastructure advances:

I have:Printouts for 00E and 00F all go to individual files and into a
directory served by an
FTP server

I want to a) use Samba instead and/or b) have the FTP server directly go
into the \opt\mvs\printer\ directory

I want Hercules to start automatically at system boot and when Hercules
exits
I want the system to shutdown (Dedicated system for Hercules)
