Turkey mvs installation doubts

I am new to mainframe and turkey mvs. so my doubts are very basic forgive me

I have downloaded two images.Turkey mvs 3.8 volker (512mb) iso image from ibibo.com and  turkey mvs cd 3.8(612 mb)(2001).

I have also found  a link  for installing mvs 'www.jaymoseley.com/hercules/installmvs/instmvs1.htm' .

But in that link they have used two files(20mb) for installing.

1.which one of the above should i install.

 
2.when i run the iso image. a command prompt opens giving me 2 options 
        
           1.install mvs turkey system
           2.install mvs starter and sysgen  files

what is the difference between the two.
