Then perhaps nothing was actually XMITed? Can you
show the output from the execution of TRANSMIT
from the source system?

Also, browse the XMIT file and see how many lines
total are in it, and also whether you can see any
recognizable data in there (ie your application
program's help messages or whatever).

Also try using Hercules's DASDLOAD to load the
XMIT that way, onto a 3390 disk pack.

You should also post more raw output from your
job. ie full JCL and full messages, with no
cut and paste errors.
