For anyone trying this patch on wine-staging 6.10, use the following command:
patches/patchinstall.sh DESTDIR="`pwd`" --all -W Pipelight -W
winex11-Vulkan_support 
Without the '-W Pipelight -W winex11-Vulkan_support' Rémi's patch does not
apply.
