Revert "winmm: Use AUTOCONVERTPCM when initializing the audio client.".

This reverts commit 21fb3555ed1f26e46d4c82cb2ec8fc29f730a0e9,
which inadvertently removed support for converting audio formats
not directly supported by mmdevapi.
