That's correct. You must remember that one of Stallman's primary
goals is power. And he hopes to achieve it via people's misunderstanding
of the true nature of the license. He claims, deceptively, in the GPL's
"preamble" that the GPL is about freedom. But it's not. It's about turning
power over to him and the FSF and taking it away from programmers.
