Once again, Roland, you are a voice of reason.

It seems to me both sides have done very reasonable things:

1.  Alexandre and others in the LGPL camp have said "We'll give you all of our
code, if you give us all of your modifications to our code."  On the face of
it, that seems like a very reasonable position.

2.  Transgaming has made a reasonable counteroffer:  "We'll give you some of
our modifications, if you give us some of your code."

3.  Alexandre and the LGPL camp have politely refused this offer, with some
very reasonable explanations:
a.  It is too much effort to have to try to evaluate on a case-by-case basis
whether each trade is fair.  It is much simpler to stick with the rule "all
code in exchange for all modifications."
b.  In particular, Alexandre believes the modifications being offered in this
case are not worth the code being requested.

Note that Aleaxndre and others are under no obligation to explain their
refusal.  It's their code, and they have every right to do what they want with
it, for whatever reason they want.  The fact that they have given reasonable
explanations for their refusal is generous and gentlemanly.
 
That seems like a very fair and reasonable exchange of opinions.  Transgaming
has every right to continue to try to persuade Alexandre, et. al., that a trade
is worthwhile.  Alexandre has every right to continue to refuse.
