Clear up my License information

Hola everyone,

Preface : I know my additions to WINE have not been much and I have no
clue how much code I contribute in the future will be accepted as I
still am one of the worlds most horrid programmers.

This license stuff is getting to be a pain and I really hope a solution
can be reached soon. Even though I submit my patches under a X11 License
I am 100% in support of the relicense to LGPL and I even voted for it.
It may seem a little odd for me to contribute patches X11 but support
the LGPL. I did this because I understand the economics of the business
Jeremy runs and I understand Alexandre's position of doing work that
others can exploit without contributing back. My goals are a little
different as I just want what's best for ReactOS and If that means I
have to go with Winehq or ReWind I will go with where the development is
at.

My problem is now this:
How can I license my patches X11 if they are based on LGPL code? A good
example is build changes Alexandre made to support building dlls for
Cygwin and Mingw. If I continue to contribute patches that are based on
this then they will

1. Wont apply to ReWind
2. Violate the LGPL.

I work out of the Winehq tree and as such I don't know if the patch will
cleanly apply to ReWind. If I am working on code that was contributed
after the switch then has to be LGPL. If this wont violate the LGPL,
show me where it allows for X11 code to be based off of it. I don't want
to piss anyone off but this needs to be clear as I CANNOT just mark my
patches as X11 and be done with it. The only solution I see is for all
of my patches to be dual licensed LGPL/X11. If any of the recent patches
I have submitted LGPL have made it in to the WineHQ tree and they can
apply cleanly to ReWind then they are now relicensed  LGPL/X11.

Please make sure that the ReWind website listing my me as dual license
LGPL/X11.
