I use Eudora. If I press <reply> my email is only send to the original 
sender, not the mailing list. If I press <reply-to-all> it sends my replay 
to the original sender and everyone on the CC list of the original message. 
I didn't edit any CC list, I just press <reply to all> everytime I want to 
reply to a message. AFAIK this is the way it should be done here at the 
mailing list. In fact it usually works, UNLESS of course the original 
sender has manually edited the CC list to include more people. It seems 
that this is what happened here. So the fault is by the person who altered 
the CC list, who wasn't myself.

Please be carefull before making wrong accusations!
