I'm not saying that the license switch was bad btw, there are also other points beside this one in favour of the LGPL, as I realize now. I just wonder, if Marcus just kept on coding on directX how far we would be by now. Probably TG would have released much of their code AFTER Marcus finished coding the free directX. So the LGPL didn't stop him from coding, it was misplaced trust. Personally from this I take the lesson: don't trust anyone. If you want something well done, do it yourself. Live has taught me this lesson quite some times, and I see it repeating over and over again... Roland
