:-) From the high profile OSPs, the Linux is rather close to Wine as far
as organization ("benevolent dictator") and mentality of the the contributos
are concerned, but there are differences as far as goal (reimplement vs.
create) and the manpower are concerned - so my comparison wine - linux should
be taken with a grain of salt.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
