Yes, I've come to the conclusion that the real distinction here is probably 
between those interested in the journey (for which the LGPL and refusal to 
trade patches makes more sense) and those interested in results (for which 
patch trading makes sense and the license may be a tossup)...

I think Alexandre is interested in the journey and Transgaming just wants 
results -- I think they're on opposite sides of that fence, and they'll 
probably have to agree to disagree, since it's not clear either side will 
be able to convince the other.  (Maybe Alexandre can convince Trahsgaming 
if another business model can be found that they're willing to risk...)
