Whatever.  I gave you an objective yardstick.  It works, and is 
effectively used to measure many intangibles, such as development 
methodologies and management practices.  You haven't been able to prove 
otherwise, except to claim it doesn't.  It doesn't change on a whim; it 
changes based on the amount of money it enables a company to save or 
produce, which is measurable in the bottom line.
