I am a Wine copyright owner so under the current license you cannot do so without me agreeing to it. I don't agree MS either cannot do it or has to have to remove all my contributions. The same goes for each Wine contributor and I doubt any would agree. Now I wonder if they can write LGPL v3 so that they have the right to change the license whenever they want, and if then that would make it legal for them to do so with the current license.
