I am unhappy with what they did to DirectX development, I make no mystery of that. I am also very grateful for all the code they have contributed, and I'm convinced they want to do the right thing for Wine; both Gav and Ove certainly have the track record to prove that. I'm not in any way trying to take revenge on them or anything like that, as you seem to think. I do what I do because I believe it's the best for Wine, *despite* the fact that it may hurt Transgaming. I take no pleasure in hurting them, and I'm pushing for them to change their model precisely because I would prefer to be able to help them at the same time that I'm helping Wine. But my responsibility is with Wine, and when there's a conflict between what's good for Wine and what's good for Transgaming, I have to put Wine first. I don't think that should come as a surprise to anybody. -- Alexandre Julliard [email protected]
