It's not like this is an option with the FSF - linux isn't theirs.

I expect FSF to act responsibly, and not threaten legal action on cases
they themselves realize they have no legal right to pursue.  They are
using the *same* tactics that apple used in the 80's for which FSF
boycotted them (apple) for.

This isn't a constitutional matter yet.  There's already court decisions
that limits the claims of the EULAs on distribution.

no... I said that freedom means allowing things you _don't_ like to happen.
