Exactly. And again I must point out that the GPL already HAVE
given away the right to use the work.

The author of GPL work HAD the freedom not to do that.
However if he does and I take advantage of it he can
only blame himself. Not me for using my freedom to
do things he didn't like. After all he did have a choice.
