We provide a COM product on the HP OpenVMS operating system. We would like to use a 
very small subset of the APIs available with wine and build it into our product. Is this permissible
under your license? 

If this is possible, would you require us to submit our changes to you or is it sufficient if we make
them available on our end to fulfill any copyright obligations?
