Diablo 3 Error BLZPTS00007

Hello,

I trying to run Diablo 3 with wine 1.5.4 and 5 patches from that site:
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=25953

But I have no luck. Always got this error messages: BLZPTS00007

an a lot of wine errors:

err:wininet:open_http_connection create_netconn failed: 12029

This error I get on different ways. When I try to install from DVD or when I copy a installed version from a Windows box
Its seems that the Update-Launcher can't connect to Blizzard.

But when I delete the Blizzard Agent from c:\user\Public\Application\Battle.net. the Launcher Download a new Version, but after that the Updater stuck with the same error messages.

My System is FreeBSD 9 stable amd64, wine is compiled as 32 bit version, other games are no Problem. But maybe "wininet:open_http_connection create_netconn failed" is a FreeBSD Problem I dont no.
