sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine1.5
wine vmware-viewagent-4.5.0-293049.exe
I could install successfully vmware view agent 4.5 !!!
I continue to using wine. 
I  appreciate too much your help.
