Need sp3 (Win XP) for an app

I'm trying to install and run an app that absolutely requires WinXP 
SP3.  Is there way in Wine to accommodate this need?

I'm using Linux Mint 13.  I haven't yet installed Wine on this machine, 
so I can't give you a version number.  I did try to install the app on a 
WinXP machine that had not yet had SP3 installed, and I got the error 
message that SP3 is required.
