[1.7.16 Beta]-Emulate a virtual desktop & Steam Client-No Keyboard?

Hi,

I am running Kubuntu 14.04 64Bit fully updated and WINE v.1.7.16 Beta.
I setup WINE to have a emulated virtual desktop(1024x768)
but when I run Valve's Steam game client in WINE I have no keyboard input?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
