Certificates in applications run in wine

Hello people :)

I have an application that needs a certificate to run.
How to import these? It doesn't seem to be enough place them inside
/usr/share/ca-certificates and run update-ca-certificates..

Does anyone know of maybe an easy windows cmd tool that I can run
under wine to easily import the certificate maybe?
