I have noticed that!  My geriatric bugs at Wine now come through
with "Status = STAGED" about two weeks after Wine Staging
fixes them.

Part of the problem is that I am a one man shop and I can not
afford to fund a team of developers at Code Weavers (same
folks as the regular Wine developers).
